چکیده
Within the framework of the hierarchical hybrid control theory presented in 3], one may pose the following hybrid modelling problem: for a given nite state machine M, nd a state space X, a state space partition , and a controlled ODE system S on X such that the associated hierarchical hybrid partition machine M based upon S is a hybrid in-block controllable (HIBC) machine satisfying M = M. In this paper a constructive solution is given to this problem for all nite state machines.

Restricted cascade and wreath products of fuzzy finite switchboard state machines
A finite switchboard state machine is a specialized finite state machine. It is built by binding the concepts of switching state machines and commutative state machines. The main purpose of this paper is to give a specific algorithm for fuzzy finite switchboard state machine and also, investigates the concepts of switching relation, covering, restricted cascade products and wreath products of f...
متن کاملFinite Horizon Economic Lot and Delivery Scheduling Problem: Flexible Flow Lines with Unrelated Parallel Machines and Sequence Dependent Setups
This paper considers the economic lot and delivery scheduling problem in a two-echelon supply chains, where a single supplier produces multiple components on a flexible flow line (FFL) and delivers them directly to an assembly facility (AF). The objective is to determine a cyclic schedule that minimizes the sum of transportation, setup and inventory holding costs per unit time without shortage....

متن کاملHierarchical finite state machines with multiple concurrency models
This paper studies the semantics of hierarchical finite state machines (FMS’s) that are composed using various concurrency models, particularly dataflow, discrete-events, and synchronous/reactive modeling. It is argued that all three combinations are useful, and that the concurrency model can be selected independently of the decision to use hierarchical FSM’s. In contrast, most formalisms that ...
متن کاملA symbolic approach to decentralized supervisory control of hybrid systems
We suggest a synthetic symbolic approach to decentralized supervisory control for the class of hybrid dynamical systems that can be modelled as hybrid state machines with a finite external signal space. The decentralized computational scheme represents a conjunction of a finite number of subsupervisors, which are invoked by a decomposition of the external signal space. On this basis, we derive ...
